Overview

Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands – Cameron Highlands, Pahang. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of our hotel's guest rooms and public areas. The position is based in Tanah Rata, Pahang.

What you'll be doing

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, and other public areas according to hotel standards
• Restock and maintain the supply of linens, toiletries, and other room amenities
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or guest room concerns
• Assist with the preparation of rooms for new arrivals
• Contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of the hotel's facilities
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
