Job description

The

Senior Executive, Business Development

will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships and managing key accounts within the B2B sector, specifically Financial Institutions (FIs).

You will play an important role to :

  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and analyze competitors to find opportunities for innovation.
  • Design and manage partner programs, provide training and resources to partners, and lead planning sessions to define shared goals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key B2B accounts.
  • Conduct needs analysis with potential clients, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, and lead negotiations on commercial and contractual agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes in Malaysia's B2B industry.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and events to expand professional networks.

    • To be successful in this role you will need to have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, partner engagement, key account management, with a strong focus on selling to Banks, and Financial Institutions is highly advantageous
  • We are looking for a Mandarin speaker, as the nature of our business and working environment requires proficiency in Mandarin.
