About the role

As a Biomedical Project Engineer at Mega Radiation Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and management of complex biomedical projects. This full-time position is based in Selangor and offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic objectives within the Construction industry, specifically in the Contracts Management sub-industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring renovation project progress.
Attend site visits and meetings to stay updated on progress, address issues, and collaborate with all parties involved.
Conduct site surveys and prepare renovation drawings and Bill of Quantities (BQ).
Obtain and review quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure renovation work adheres to safety standards and quality expectations.
Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues to ensure smooth project progress.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements :

Possess Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical skills, initiative, effective communication, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

2-3 years of work experience in construction or renovation, particularly in healthcare projects is an advantage.

Required skill(s) : AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Required language(s) : English and Malay

Willingness to travel within Malaysia, including East Malaysia.

CIDB Card holder is a plus

Training will be provided
