Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
Identify and develop market opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
Take ownership of achieving both individual and team sales targets.
Collaborating with the Sales Manager and internal teams to drive successful sales strategies and achieve sales objectives.
Work closely with the Service Department and vendors to address customer needs and be involved in project planning.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience. Applicants with stronger credentials may be considered for a senior role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Possess a valid driving licence and own a car.
Willing to travel overseas for occasional work-related trips or training on short notice.
