Job Responsibilities

Support team members and Business Unit in resolving issues relating to General Ledger.
Perform daily operation tasks on Mattel Global Shared Service Sdn Bhd, dealing with the Company secretary, tax agent, auditor, and vendors.
Review Journal Entries during month-end closing.
Assist in the Oracle General Ledger module close process to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or equivalent with professional qualifications.

At least 5 years of experience in the Accounting field.

Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Required to have Oracle knowledge on General Ledger.

Able to work as a team player and meet tight deadlines under pressure during close.

Able to complete work with minimum supervision.

Having working experience in a Shared Services Center would be an added advantage.

Office Hours : Monday - Friday

9.00am to 5.00pm
