Account Manager and Salesperson at INVOKE

Location : Selangor

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, cold-calling, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting and account management.
  • Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor1s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 11–3 years1 experience in sales or account management (field sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel.
  • As part of the selection process, candidates will also be asked to complete a personality / psychometric assessment.
