Responsible for setting up the entire credit administration functions and procedures.
Handle project billing and collection, credit admin data entries in PRO RED system and submit weekly and month end report.
Ensure documentations and records are in order and in compliance with the procedures in respect to credit control, financing and loan documentation.
Check and ensure purchaser’s particular in PRO RED are correct.
Carry out tasks related to Sales and Purchase Agreements, monitor and send reminders, terminations and sales forfeiture.
Submit weekly and monthly forecast report to HOD and monitor on time billing / collection and submit ageing reports and management reports.
Ensure timely disbursement either from purchasers or end financiers to achieve department targets.
Responsible for KPKT application and renewal i.e. APDL, Form 7F, gazetted accounts and any other matter pertaining to KPKT.
Liaise with Accounts Department on monthly reconciliation on receipt, redemption payment and refund payment and any sales related packages.
Liaise with Project Department on upcoming Architect Certification based on completion construction stages of building completion.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on handling over Vacant Possession exercise and other assignments that may be required by the Company.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by superiors or department heads as and when required.
Job Requirements :
Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree or other higher qualifications.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration, ideally within the property sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and PRO RED or any credit admin software system.
Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
