Penerangan pekerjaanEnquire, consult, and coordinate with client and consultant representatives for specifications and BOQ clarifications. Attend pre-tender meetings if necessary. Study, analyze, and evaluate tender documents from a technical perspective. Identify risk factors and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Coordinate with the concerned person for overall risk assessment and bid decisions. Maintain a list of eligible vendors for upcoming bids. Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs. Consolidate tender documents for management review and approval. Monitor deadlines and generate weekly tender status reports. Prepare and generate monthly progress reports highlighting tender wins / losses. Maintain and archive tender files upon completion.
