Position Summary :

Initiates and leads process activities in NPI development engineering and / or sustaining engineering.

What You Will Do :

Support all engineering activities assigned and tasked by the Engineering Manager(s).

Develop the process engineering specs and criteria for NPI projects and / or ensure the process quality and stability of sustaining products.

Evaluate the process settings and process set ups with new material or new equipment to ensure suitability and robustness for mass production.

Sustain the process yields at and above the required targets.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications) :

1-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment

Education (Minimum Level)

Bachelor's

Field of Study

Electrical, Electronic, Material or Mechanical Engineering and any related Engineering field

Years of Experience (Minimum)

2 - 3 years

Preferred Qualifications / Skills :

Ability to troubleshooting and problem solving.

Hands on experience dealing with backend processes (PnP, AVI, Die Attach, Oven Cure, Plasma CureUV cure, TnR and etc) will be prioritized.
