Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer, located in Greater Kuala Lumpur, MY or Manila, Philippines with opportunities to travel and work across Southeast Asia. The Pre Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during pre-sales engagements, assisting the sales team and our partners, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring best of class engagements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, enabling and assisting channel partners and public speaking engagements and trainings.
