Remote Sales Representative (Bilingual : Chinese and English) – Full‑Time Position

E&C Consulting Limited (HKCareers) is a leading provider of online training courses delivered globally, specializing in Career Development, Finance, Quantitative Methods, Job Interviews, and related subjects. Headquartered in Hong Kong, our diverse team spans Canada, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, the Philippines, and India. With over 10 years of experience in delivering high‑quality online education, we maintain a strong focus on markets in Hong Kong and Singapore.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our online courses to prospective clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with potential clients to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Host regular virtual meetings and briefings for prospects using Zoom.
  • Initiate outreach to clients via WhatsApp, email, or other digital channels.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries through WhatsApp and email.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects as required.
  • Support business development initiatives and marketing projects to expand our reach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) and English.
  • A degree or background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance is advantageous.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self‑discipline, and ability to work independently.

    • Working Hours

    Monday to Friday : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM HKT (including a 1‑hour lunch break from 2 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 PM).

    Compensation and Benefits

  • 17 paid Hong Kong public holidays.
