Qualifications & experience

ü  Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field

ü  Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role

ü  Experience in house construction is an advantage

ü  Proficiency in project management software tools

ü  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

ü  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

ü  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Tasks & responsibilities

ü  Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

ü  Liaise with subcontractors

ü  Lead site supervisor in executing site project according to the plan

ü  Monitor and track project progress, and performance.

ü  Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to the project scope

ü  Build, lead, and motivate site supervisor, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities

ü   Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects

ü  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, gantt chart and agreement with supplier and subcontractor.
