IT Quality Assurance Analyst
The Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in
ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of investment systems platforms. This
role focuses on evaluating the impact of changes, maintaining system and process
quality, and ensuring that enhancements or modifications do not adversely aAect
business operations. The QA Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to assess risks,
validate system behavior, and uphold quality standards throughout the change lifecycle.
Post Go Live, the QA Analyst continues to monitor system behavior, assess post
implementation gaps, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure system
completeness, data integrity, and process eAectiveness.
The QA Analyst will be responsible for analyzing change impacts, maintaining quality
documentation, and driving alignment through active stakeholder engagement and
collaboration across relevant teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance and Change Impact Analysis
2. Communication Activities
i. Stakeholder Engagement :
a. Engage with stakeholders to define scope of work, quality expectations, and impact analysis requirements.
b. Build and maintain eAective relationships with internal teams, business users, project managers, and vendors.
c. Act as a liaison to ensure that stakeholder interests and expectations are clearly understood and communicated.
ii. Meeting Facilitation :
a. Prepare meeting agendas, lead discussions on quality and impact assessments, and document key decisions.
b. Organize regular review sessions and share status updates to ensure stakeholder alignment.
3. Process Integrity and Optimization
Planned Deliverables including but not limited to :
1. Quality Assessment Reports and Change Impact Analysis Documentation
2. Stakeholder Engagement Reports and Meeting Summaries
3. Process Optimization Proposals and SOP Documentation
4. Post Go Live Monitoring and Quality Assurance Findings
Qualifications
1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
Possess 3–5 years of experience of relevant Quality Assurance experiences.
Exposure in investment or banking related processes and operations is a bonus.
2. Tools & Technical Skills
Experience with scripting language (JavaScript, Python etc)
Experience with testing applications across various platforms (mobile, desktop).
Knowledge of SaaS product development and testing is desirable.
Understands testing techniques for APIs services.
JIRA – For defect tracking, test case management, and stakeholder collaboration
Qlik / Power BI – For validating reporting dashboards and data visualization
