IT Executive

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Respond to user requests and service tickets promptly via phone, email, or helpdesk system.

Troubleshoot computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.

Assist in setting up and configuring new workstations and equipment for staff.

2. System & Network Maintenance

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups as scheduled.

Assist in troubleshooting LAN / WAN connectivity and internet access issues.

Support implementation of cybersecurity measures and system access controls.

3. Software & User Account Administration

Support installation, configuration, and updating of software applications.

Assist in creating and managing user accounts, passwords, and permissions in systems (e.g., email, ERP, Active Directory).

Maintain an updated inventory of software licenses and IT assets.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Update IT documentation, procedures, and user guides.

Assist in preparing reports on IT activities, incidents, and asset usage.

5. IT Projects & Continuous Improvement

Support senior team members in implementing new systems, upgrades, and digital initiatives.

Participate in IT audits, system testing, and security reviews.

Suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

0–2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, and common business applications.

Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Willing to learn and able to work under supervision and in a team environment.

Required languages : English, Mandarin & Malay due to business communications, documentations, reporting needs.
