Account Manager

We are looking for a high‑potential candidate with strong business acumen to start as a Account Manager in Hilti, a high‑performing and supportive working culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at construction sites to build strong relationships and provide on‑ground support.
  • Conduct at least one impactful product demonstration each day to showcase solutions and drive customer value.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in sales planning and strategy development to contribute to overall growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activity, and Hilti’s product and service offerings.

What You Need

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates interested in Sales & the Construction industry are welcome.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
  • Persuasive, persistent, sales‑driven, customer‑focused, team‑player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success is an advantage.
