1. Business Development (Corporate & Institutional Sales)
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients in Penang and the Northern Region (manufacturing hubs, tech parks, SMEs, MNCs, hospitals, and educational institutions).
Promote and sell corporate F&B offerings such as :
Proactively participate in business networking events and trade fairs in the Northern Region to increase visibility and lead generation.
2. Event & Catering
Oversee event and catering sales operations, including menu planning, order fulfilment, and service delivery.
Coordinate with brand teams and store-level operations to ensure seamless event execution and product consistency.
Lead seasonal campaign development and event-specific packages to boost visibility and uptake.
Collect client feedback to improve service delivery and share insights with HQ.
Act as the primary liaison between the Northern Region and HQ for all corporate sales activities.
Keep HQ informed on local market developments, competitor activities, and regional trends in the corporate F&B landscape.
Identify collaboration opportunities with regional stakeholders (business associations, HR communities, event organisers, and industrial zone management).
Provide regular sales performance updates, forecasts, and market insights to the Head of Corporate Sales.
4. Operational & Administrative Support
Liaise closely with HQ departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth coordination for large corporate orders and campaign executions.
Oversee delivery logistics and ensure service quality for major events or bulk orders.
Maintain proper documentation of quotations, agreements, and sales reports.
Uphold company pricing policies and brand integrity across all interactions.
