Assist in the overall management and operations of low‑rise construction projects to meet the Company’s goals and objectives. Lead the planning and development of construction activities for the Company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of construction‑related experience, with proven landed development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programmes to ensure optimum utilisation of available resources.
  • Assist senior management in establishing a clear management structure for each project, defining responsibilities, procedures and communication channels across design, administration, accounting, purchasing, approvals, reporting and meetings.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the Company’s policies, planning, resource allocation, contract management, performance review, and corrective action processes.
  • Drive business development by creating strategies to enhance the Company’s image and securing new business opportunities.
  • Provide positive leadership and technical guidance to project teams, supervising, training, motivating subordinates, and ensuring performance targets are achieved within budget.
  • Minimise risk exposure by ensuring adequate insurance coverage for the office, branches, site offices and projects.
  • Oversee site administration, set‑ups, management and quality control through regular site walks and inspections.
  • Research and implement new construction methods and technologies to improve cost efficiency, speed and effectiveness.
  • Compile the Company’s guidebooks on Construction Best Practices, Productivity Standards, Temporary Facilities, Logistics Standards, Technical Guidance and other policies for productivity enhancement.
  • Expand the Sub‑Contractor pool by identifying and developing future regular partners.
  • Enhance sustainable solutions covering quality, environmental and waste management policies.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by Management.
