Overview

We are Sunway Trading & Manufacturing, one of the Sunway Berhad subsidiaries. The Trading & Manufacturing division operates through seven major product groups, namely Hoses and Fittings, Heavy Equipment, Heavy Equipment Parts, Building Materials, Industrial Hardware, Material Handling and Commercial & Industrial Automotive. We serve a diverse range of industries including agriculture, construction, logging, manufacturing, marine, mining, oil and gas, quarrying, plantation as well as automotive.

Responsibilities

  • To perform credit control activities including monitoring of receivable aging, contact customers for payment commitments, issue statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents to customers.
  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Process and update daily bank in cheques.
  • Monitor and update post-dated cheques.
  • Update AR aging and resolve AR dispute and discrepancies.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Must be well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Should be a team player.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.
