Process Executive - POI Editor (Vietnamese)

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese language, with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of end-user operational and technological aspects of online maps and their uses for navigation.
  • Basic online research skills, including analyzing information from different sources and finding information on the internet.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Passion for quality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines, understanding work productivity and efficiency without compromising the quality of output.
  • Willingness to work in a constantly changing environment.

Skills Required

  • Experience with map applications is a plus.
  • Basic research skills and the ability to use multiple sources to gather information.
  • Experience in quality verification and attention to detail is a plus.
  • Ability to identify errors / defects and qualitatively analyze and validate all attributes of POIs, ensuring they are edited and updated as per defined and approved specifications and policies.
  • Ensure accuracy of all curated information pertaining to POIs by referencing various data sources like websites and imagery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, with the ability to converse in English.
  • Basic ability to digitize (create / edit) and evaluate linear and polygonal geometry (POIs, AOIs, etc.) by referencing provided real-world imagery sources.
  • Basic analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
