Role Overview :

As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will :

  • Achieve sales targets and implement strategies for designated accounts.
  • Utilize CRM tools (SFDC) for sales processes and lead follow-up.
  • Analyze market potential and monitor sales progress.
  • Collaborate with teams to synchronize efforts.
  • Present and advocate for medical products / solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and seek continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years sales experience in medical devices, preferably in dental industry.
  • Experience working with channel partners / distributors.
  • Knowledge of clinical education and training activities.
  • Proactive in identifying market opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    • Work Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid, with travel up to 35%)

    Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
