Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution : Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, e-commerce, and live events.
- Content & Communication Strategy : Develop and manage conversion-optimized email sequences and social media calendars tailored to diverse audience personas and platform best practices; create content across multiple tones and brand voices.
- Creative & Graphic Design Oversight : Design visually compelling graphics and banners for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Team & Project Management : Manage and coordinate a diverse team with varying responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables under tight deadlines; oversee ad hoc projects.
- Vendor & Partner Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, KOLs, and production teams to support campaign execution, product sourcing, and logistics; ensure quality output and on-time delivery.
- Customer Engagement & Support : Provide hands-on customer support via Telegram and Facebook Groups, ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution; act as a key contact during physical events for on-site support and collecting customer insights.
- Event & Community Activation : Ideate and execute creative engagement strategies to boost participation during physical and online events; network with potential clients and key opinion leaders.
- Operational Contingency Leadership : Serve as a contingency lead during high-stakes campaigns, resolving cross-departmental issues in real time to ensure uninterrupted execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.At least 3-5 years experience in marketing.Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.Core Competencies
