Job Description :
New Product PR Strategy
- Develop and execute PR strategies for new product launches in alignment with vivo's brand and market goals.
- Promote new products through media channels to highlight vivo's core values.
- Manage brand image to maintain consistency and a positive public perception.
Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and media outlets in Malaysia.Prepare and distribute press materials to ensure timely and accurate information.Organize media events and manage crisis PR to protect the brand’s reputation.Content Creation and Communication
Plan and execute creative content aligned with vivo’s brand positioning.Collaborate with local media, influencers, and KOLs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Event Planning
Plan and execute brand-related events to boost exposure.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across public relations and marketing efforts.Supervise event execution to ensure smooth operations and maximize impact.Internal Communication and Reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall business strategies.Track and report on PR effectiveness, proposing improvements as needed.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (4-6 years) in Public Relations or Integrated Marketing Communications, with a focus on product launches, media relations, and brand management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.Strong media relations experience, particularly in Malaysia, with a track record of building relationships with key journalists, outlets, and influencers.Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu , with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all languages. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and the ability to track and report PR effectiveness using analytic tools.Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across teams, ensuring alignment of PR efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.Experience in organizing large-scale events and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Benefits :
