Job Description

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day production operations in an injection moulding department
• Drive production schedule adherence, ensuring targets for output, yield, quality and safety are met.
• Supervise team of shift leads, operators and machine technicians.
• Coordinate with tooling maintenance, mould‑change teams, process engineering and quality assurance.
• Monitor key metrics : cycle times, machine utilisation, scrap / reject rates, downtime causes.
• Identify process bottlenecks, initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5S, TPM, Kaizen).
• Ensure mould set‑up, machine start‑up, changeover and shutdown routines are executed properly.
• Assist in manpower planning, training and development of team members
• Maintain compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations, and internal operational standards.
