Head of Finance / Senior Finance Manager

Astra Baby Sdn. Bhd. (Astra Family) We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Finance to lead and strengthen our financial operations. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who brings not just accounting skills but strong financial planning, cash flow management, and business foresight to the table.

As our Head of Finance , your core responsibilities will include :

• Leading the company’s financial planning and budgeting , ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Managing and optimizing cash flow, forecasting , and working capital to support daily operations and future growth.
• Driving financial strategy and risk management to support decision-making at the leadership level.
• Overseeing monthly closings, reporting, tax planning , and audit processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborating directly with the CEO and department heads to ensure financial accountability across the organization.
• Improving current accounting and finance systems, introducing financial controls, and automating where possible.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team, upgrading overall department capabilities.
