Senior Project Engineer

Project Oversight : Lead site activities planning, implementation, and project control to ensure smooth execution.

Resource Management : Prepare, schedule, and monitor engineering projects, including budgets, materials allocation, and resource coordination.

Quality Assurance : Conduct site inspections, attend meetings, and prepare comprehensive reports to maintain high standards.

Technical Expertise : Determine project specifications by analyzing product designs, customer requirements, and performance standards.

Progress Tracking : Create detailed project status reports and recommend actions based on data analysis and trend identification.

Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with all parties involved to ensure work progresses smoothly and meets targets.

Who are they looking for?

Engineering Background : Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD to support project management and design tasks.

Adaptability : Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a project team.

Industry Experience : 2-3 years of experience in construction, BAS, or electrical / electronic fields is preferred.

Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work on-site as required for current projects.

Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders and clients.
