PROCESS ENGINEER

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal product assembly or manufacturing process engineering. Solid understanding of sheet metal structures, fabrication, and assembly processes. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and continuously optimize assembly processes for sheet metal products to ensure efficiency, standardization, and repeatability.
- Prepare and maintain work instructions, process flow charts, assembly drawings, and other technical documentation.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to the production line, resolving assembly-related issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions for quality issues (using 8D, Fishbone Diagram, etc.).
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies to drive improvements in productivity, quality, and cost.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and process layout optimization to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Design and improve assembly jigs, fixtures, and tools to ensure safety, ergonomics, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to manage equipment capability and reliability.
