Penerangan pekerjaanProgram and supervise work in extra time Supervise & cross train team Plan & Manage Team holidays Identify areas for efficiency improvements Always ensures full contingency cover Record and investigate non conformances, reworking where possible. Coordinate and ensure maintenance of the production equipment according to the established schedule. Liaison between department and Senior Management concerning trends and problem areas. Monitor hazardous waste activities in Production. Analyze and monitor the indicators, in order to take the necessary measures. Guarantee cleanliness and order of the factory. Ensure compliance with the company's industrial safety guidelines for the Production. Prepare Production related Operations procedure and Work Instructions. Knowledge of production processes Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001 / 14001) English knowledge Leadership and personnel management Good communication & organization skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Analytical and data interpreting skills Work well under pressure and results driven Degree in Industrial engineering, administration or related areas preferred Experience in the similar position for at least 2 years
