Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our investment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to gain hands‑on exposure to deal evaluation, due diligence, and execution in private markets.

The Junior Analyst will work closely with Associates and senior team members to analyze companies, review financials, and support transaction processes across private credit, private equity, and ad hoc investment opportunities .

Key Responsibility

  • Conduct preliminary research and financial analysis on companies, sectors, and investment opportunities
  • Support Associates and senior team members in due diligence, deal structuring, and investment execution.
  • Review and summarize financial statements, company documents, and market information.
  • Assist in preparing investment memos, presentations, and internal reports.
  • Monitor portfolio companies and track key performance metrics.
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support for the investment team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of financial and investment concepts (e.g. valuation, financial statements, capital structure)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and analytical thinking
  • Self‑motivated, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure and tight timelines
  • Quick learner who is flexible, adaptable, and eager to grow within the firm
