Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Medical Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting, educating, and supporting our range of medical products, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and in line with industry standards. This role will involve close collaboration with healthcare professionals and internal teams to drive product adoption, training, and customer satisfaction.
Medical Product Specialist Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Responsibility : Drive product sales and achieving revenue targets by providing expert knowledge on medical products.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical support and troubleshooting to healthcare professionals during the product implementation and pre / post-sale phases.
- Market Research : Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and provide valuable insights to the product development team.
- Product Demonstrations & Training : Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions for healthcare professionals, explaining product features, clinical applications, and proper usage.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal marketing and operation teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and product positioning.
- Product Launches & Promotions : Support the introduction of new products to the market, assisting with product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and customers to help refine product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Sales Reporting : Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools, and report on progress towards sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in BioTechnology, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or any related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or clinical experience in a medical or healthcare environment, preferably within endovascular or radiology field. Fresh graduates are welcome too.Strong understanding of medical products, clinical environments, and healthcare technology.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong customer relationships.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to travel to healthcare facilities, industry events, and conferences as required.Proficiency in clinical documentation and reporting.Preferred Skills :
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.Previous experience with product demonstrations and selling, technical training, or clinical support is a plus.Why Join Us?
