Role Overview
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for producing engaging and creative content to drive brand awareness and engagement across Todak's social media platforms.
This role involves planning, shooting, editing, and posting content while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Additionally, the Sales Assistant will prepare communication materials and ensure alignment with the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media platforms.Create and post engaging content that aligns with Todak's brand identity and appeals to the target audience.Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.Write and prepare captions, taglines, and short-form communication materials for social media posts.Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and improve engagement.Stay updated on the latest and upcoming social media trends and implement them in content strategies.Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to coordinate campaigns and product launches.Organize and manage content shoots, including sourcing props, locations, and coordinating talent when needed.Skills & Qualifications :
Degree / Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.Ability to use various instruments for content production (e.g., smartphone, camera, action camera)Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives through visual and audio content.Familiarity with social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for posting and engagement.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset and attention to detail in producing high-quality content.Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Meta Business Suite) is a plus.Job Type : Full-time
