Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement Initiatives : Authority to lead customer engagement activities, including gathering feedback, offering product recommendations, and sharing insights about ZUS COFFEE’s products and the coffee journey.
• Quality Control : Authority to ensure consistency and excellence in the preparation of all coffee beverages, maintaining high standards in presentation, flavor, and overall product quality.
• Training & Mentorship : Authority to mentor and train other baristas, sharing knowledge, demonstrating advanced techniques (e.g., latte art), and ensuring the team upholds ZUS COFFEE’s service and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving : Authority to address and resolve customer issues related to service or products, ensuring swift and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement : Authority to suggest and implement improvements in coffee preparation processes, service flow, or customer interactions that align with the brand’s mission and values.
• Operational Oversight : Must have Dining Experiences
