For this exciting 2‑month project, we are seeking motivated individuals fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English to join our team as remote audio transcribers.

Joining forces with a talented team of Bahasa Melayu and English experts, you will optimize AI training data by segmenting and transcribing raw audio clips. The key to your success is to ensure a high standard of excellence in performing tasks, as quality is critical to enhancing AI models.

Ultimately, alongside the Delivery Team at Chemin, you will help represent local speech and audio in the next generation of AI‑powered language tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality transcriptions of audio clips with minimal to no revisions
• Precisely segment the spoken content in the audio clips into distinct components
• Identify and label speakers to the different voices appropriately within the audio clips
• Transcribe all audio content within each segment in their respective language(s)
• Proactively communicate challenges, queries, or concerns with Project Managers to ensure smooth operations
• Meet key deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency in work output
