Job Title : Senior HR Executive

Location : Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (Easily accessible via public transportation)

Employment Type : Full-time, Onsite

Salary Range : RM 4,000 – RM 5,000

Working Days : Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and payroll coordination.
  • Act as the main HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance with Malaysia labour laws.
  • Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Drive HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Liaise with government authorities (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, etc.) to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, consultancy, or service industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
