Responsibilities
Prepare Group Consolidation Management Accounts, including but not limited to P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Collate and compile financial data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
Prepare cash flow projections and assist in the preparation of feasibility studies for new property development projects.
Conduct financial due diligence exercises for new projects or acquisitions.
Coordinate with external parties (e.g : landowners / vendors, solicitors, valuers, bankers and company secretaries) on new project and land acquisitions.
Manage financing applications, loan documentation processes and loan drawdown for ongoing and new projects.
Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
Administer the accounting system, including user profile creation, maintenance, and change requests.
Support corporate exercise, including but not limited to M&A, private placements, right issues.
Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
Support Finance Operations in day-to-day GL & AP activities.
Undertake any ad hoc assignment as and when required by the superiors.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Qualification, or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the property development industry.
Good knowledge of accounting and consolidation principles.
Excellent good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Team player with ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
