Job Responsibilities
- Assist and educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels
- Handle account / transaction inquiries and provide solutions
- Conduct call-backs and follow-ups when needed
- Perform basic KYC checks and ensure compliance
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience
Job Requirements
Min. 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred; fresh grads welcomeFluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)Willing to work on rotational shifts if requiredGood communication skills and ability to build strong customer rapport.Job Benefits
