About the role : We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Lotus Laboratory Services (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Crafting engaging content for various marketing channels, including direct visit, social media, website, and otherss
• Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
• Managing and monitoring marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimising for maximum impact
• Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
• Providing recommendations and insights to the management team to enhance our marketing approach
