Purpose of the Position

  • Follow up Production Orders and close Production Orders on time.
  • Prioritize operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay.
  • Monitor Production Orders to ensure they are carried out on time and within budget.
  • Keep paperwork organized.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss production status and ongoing problems.
  • Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
  • Follow up and work with the operation team towards meeting KPI targets.
  • Ensure Safety and 5S operation meets requirements.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare drawings for the production department, such as Fabrication & Assembly.
  • Coordinate weekly production reports among production section supervisors, update the weekly production report, and report to Superintendents and the Production Manager.
  • Coordinate documents related to ISO Environmental & Quality Management System for the production department.
  • Liaise with the engineering department regarding drawings to ensure all project drawings are ready prior to the production schedule.
  • Meet all operation KPIs.
  • Manage operation costs within the budget set.

    • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum Degree in Business or a related field.

    • Experience

  • 3 years of working experience as a Production Executive.
  • Experience in steel fabrication industries is an added advantage.

    • Skills

  • Computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment.
  • Team Work.
  • SAP Knowledge is an added advantage.
