In this role, you will manage the land acquisition and strategic planning activities within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Analyse property market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Study competitor's new property developments, make comparisons, and provide recommendations for product development.
• Conduct research and due diligence for potential real estate opportunities, including site investigations and data assessment.
• Perform in-depth research and feasibility studies for new land / projects, considering revenue and cost breakdowns, with a focus on affordable township projects.
• Create presentation materials and conduct market research for specific areas of interest.
• Participate in preliminary project planning, including concept and design.
• Coordinate with government agencies or liaison departments for newly acquired land / projects.
