About Our Client :

Our client is a company originally founded in 1991 in Singapore, with its main activities are supplying smart sanitary solutions through wholesale, retail, e-commerce, plus providing after-sales service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead overall retail sales performance : Lead and manage sales functions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Drive Customer Success & Satisfaction : Be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and seamless order processing for our valued clients.
  • Identify & Capitalize on New Business : Proactively scout, develop, and strategically launch new and emerging business opportunities and product lines.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy : Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches to inform our sales strategies.
  • Orchestrate Sales & Brand Promotion : Plan and execute impactful sales promotional activities, including trade fairs and exhibitions, to maximize brand visibility and exposure.
  • Champion Product & Process Innovation : Continuously identify and propose improvements based on industry trends, market activities, and competitor insights.
  • Foster Collaborative Partnerships : Ensure seamless communication and high-quality execution by effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.

Job Requirements :

Preferably a Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of proven, relevant sales experience (retail or consumer products background highly advantageous).

Strong, verifiable track record of sales success and achieving targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-driven focus.

Highly resourceful, adaptable, and possess a high level of commitment to excel in a dynamic environment.

Excellent business acumen with acute sensitivity to market trends, conditions, and new business requirements.

Experience in opening up new market territories is a definite asset.

Candidates with experience in consumer durables and building distribution networks will have a distinct advantage.

Ability to travel frequently as required.

Ability to work on Weekends & Public Holidays.

Remuneration :

MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commisisons
