Overview

Personal Care : Assisting patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting.

Mobility Assistance : Helping patients move, reposition, and transfer from beds to wheelchairs or other mobile devices.

Environmental Maintenance : Keeping patient rooms and surroundings clean, making beds, and ensuring equipment is clean.

Monitoring : Taking and recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.

Communication : Answering patient call bells and communicating with patients and their families to provide updates and support.

Emotional Support : Offering emotional comfort and companionship to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
