Are you a creative digital marketer who loves turning ideas into measurable impact?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Executive, Growth Performance Marketing to support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across both Consumer and SME segments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact campaigns and engagement initiatives spanning social media, email, and web platforms.

Working closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams, you’ll be involved in campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, and performance analysis. What you’ll add value

Digital Campaign Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Responsible for setting up ads, refining targeting strategies, managing budgets, and optimising performance for both Consumer and SME segments.

Content Creation & Management

Develop engaging and educational content across social media, websites, and email platforms — including copywriting, basic design coordination, and overseeing the production of videos, graphics, and posts to drive awareness and engagement.

Social Media Ownership

Take charge of daily social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — including content planning, publishing schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.

SEO & Audience Research

Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to inform SEO strategy and improve campaign precision and targeting across paid and organic efforts.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio. Build dashboards and insights reports to track KPIs, drive learnings, and propose optimisations.

Creative & Conversion Testing

Own and run A / B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns — with the goal of increasing click-through and conversion rates.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with internal teams including creative, data, product, and sales to ensure integrated marketing execution. Contribute actively to ideation sessions and campaign development.

Marketing Operations & CRM

Manage campaign asset libraries, coordinate marketing event support, and lead execution of email marketing activities through CRM tools such as MoEngage or Salesforce.

What you’ll need to succeed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related fields.

Coursework or certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Analytics (a plus).

Work Experience

1+ years of experience within growth performance marketing portfolio, marketing projects, social media management, or content creation

Skills & Competencies

Strong passion for digital marketing and financial literacy

Familiar with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)

Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Creative, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
