The Intern - Talent Acquisition at Solarvest will assist the HR team in the recruitment process, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition while contributing to our mission of building a team committed to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings on various platforms and managing applications.
- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates and schedule interviews.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions and candidate assessments.
- Help maintain candidate tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate records of applicants and progress.
- Engage with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in organizing and attending recruitment events and career fairs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and sourcing strategies.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset.Prior internship experience or involvement in recruitment-related activities is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
