Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts.
  • Provide insights into financial performance and key drivers.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly management reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams for accurate reporting, budget alignment.
  • Support development and implementation of financial models, tools.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis, recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry, financial processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environment.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
