Multimedia Specialist

We are seeking a creative Multimedia Specialist who will play a key part in shaping and maintaining the visual, editorial, and multimedia identity of our brand across all internal and external communications. This position combines creative design, multimedia production, web mastering, and high-quality reports and presentations formatting.

Responsibilities

• Design flyers, brochures, internal and external presentations, annual reports, and event materials.
• Create and maintain infographics and visual content tailored to the energy and geoscience sectors.
• Develop visual merchandising concepts for company booths and stands at trade fairs, conferences, and international events.
• Design and relaunch the corporate website; support ongoing updates and improvements to digital platforms.
• Manage the post-production process for video and photo assets (editing, colour grading, retouching).
• Handle sound design, music selection, and synchronisation to produce impactful multimedia content.
• Format and prepare professional Word reports and PowerPoint presentations to the highest standard.
• Organise and manage raw file workflows.
• Capture photo and video content (with professional cameras and drones) on-site, delivering versatile visual materials.
• Ensure all deliverables align with company’s brand identity and quality standards.
