Social Media Cum Graphic Designer, Executive

Develop, design, and produce multimedia content such as graphics, short-form videos, animations, infographics, and reels tailored for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedln) .

Edit graphics using the required software to create compelling and engaging content.

Ensure consistent brand look, feel across all video content, manage and organise the files and project archives.

Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce scroll-stopping content.

Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interactions.

Research trends, viral formats, and competitor insights to keep our content relevant.

Track analytics – engagement, reach, and growth – and prepare performance reports.

Align social media activities with business objectives and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, audience psychology, and platform algorithms.
  • Experience managing XHS / Xiaohongshu is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Creative eye with attention to detail.
  • Bonus : Familiar with basic paid ads or influencer collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to maintain focus on detail-oriented work and meet deadlines.
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new strategies, test hypotheses, and learn from outcomes.
