Overview

Food & Beverage Captain - In Room Dining at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Captain-In Room Dining assists the Assistant In Room Dining Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the efficient running of the In Room Dining department in accordance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
  • Ensure the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.
  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Candidate with work experience in hotel F&B operations is preferred; experience in In Room Dining would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
