Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Operation Executive to manage and optimize our online store’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, campaign execution, sales performance tracking, and ensuring a smooth customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and promotional details.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, sales events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to improve overall performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of store activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain a positive store rating.
- Continuously research competitor activities and market trends to optimize store strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce / store operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and their backend systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis tools.Good communication skills in English (Mandarin / Malay is a plus).Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.What We Offer
