Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to corporate transactions.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in relation to the corporate exercises.

Requirements

Degree in LLB or equivalent and called to the Malaysian Bar.

Experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate works.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
