Lead Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will design and implement engineering solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability. Your work will directly contribute to project success and long-term strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize electrical designs in compliance with international codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Plan and execute engineering activities and deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems and adherence to contractual and internal requirements.
• Apply lessons learned and assess change impacts across project boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to meet technical and contractual obligations.
• Take ownership of technical packages, including design, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Lead engineers within your scope and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Act as Discipline Lead for assigned work areas when required.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–13 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Prior experience in FPSO projects
