About the role
Eadeco Sdn. Bhd. , a leading provider of accounting and financial services, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Chemor, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to the company's overall growth and success
- Able to work with diverse team and work in Kanthan, Chemor, Perak
- Any other task assigned by superior
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industryProven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and reportingStrong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insightsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyProficient in the use of financial software and data analysis toolsWhat we offer
