About the role

Eadeco Sdn. Bhd. , a leading provider of accounting and financial services, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Chemor, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, contributing to the company's overall growth and success
• Able to work with diverse team and work in Kanthan, Chemor, Perak
• Any other task assigned by superior
